My husband and I, both in our 50s, booked taxivinales by internet from the UK for 2 lengthy journeys inside Cuba. Both times our taxi was waiting at the allotted time, holding a sign with our names and with courteous drivers. whilst the cars were old and in one case we were unexpectedly asked to change from one car and driver to another car and driver midway through out journey, we were delivered safely to our destination. having done a bit of research on our options, taxivinales represents good value and in hindsight we might have been happier to pay to take a taxi from Trinidad to Havana than the extremely lengthy, circuitous route of the bus. would certainly use their services again.

p>We were two people visiting Cuba in March and for one of the days we needed transportation from Havana to Cayo Levisa, in order to catch the boat leaving to the island at 10AM. Due to our own mistake we booked the taxi for the wrong date. On the day when we were expecting the taxi and it would not arrive we called the company and found out our mistake. However, they offered us to send a taxi on the spot. It needed a bit to arrive but this was also due to construction works in the area where our accommodation was situated. The driver, quite a friendly person, really gave his best for us to reach the place on time and at 09:50AM we were at the departure place of the boat. We were really happy with the services and can only recommend TaxiViñalesCuba."
