We have now used your service 4 times......2 for pickup at Varadero airport to Royalton Hicacos.

Excellent service, waiting for us ... The other 2 times were the return from Royalton Hicacos to the airport. For both these trips, we had asked for pickup at 11am and no one was there by 11:20am so we called and by 1130-1135 the taxi arrived. Made it to the airport , no problems .....not a big problem , just a little worry on whether the taxi would arrive or not.

We hope to use your service again .

Not once was he late – always precisely on time! Boris has also done his very best to give us the best information about places that we have been travelling to. He was very helpful throughout our trip. No matter how long our day trip was – he always made it to the destination in best time possible, while being very careful at driving.

We wish to thank you for the impeccable service provided for our different taxi rides on our trip to Cuba in March /April. The drivers were always on time and friendly (would be nice if they spoke English, we do speak Spanish yet it is easier to write in English).

One exception was April 2 Vinales-Cienfuegos. We did get there safely after that incident.

We would highly recommend your service to anyone visiting Cuba. A great compliment to your driver Abel Leon in Havanna! He was definitely our favourite driver.

We used the taxi service from March 21 for two weeks. We ended up with two different vans because of problems with the first van at the end of the first week but we were able to get a replacement which was very lucky for us because it was high season. Both drivers were very professional and great to deal with. The company was great at finding us a replacement van and we will certainly use them again next year.
