We had a lovely time in Cuba and thank you very much for organising the Taxis for us. All the taxi drivers (but one) were on time and waiting for us, very polite and courtiers and helpful. The taxi driver taking us from Cienfuegos to trinidad via el Nicho was disappointing however. He was late in the morning to pick us up (which was not much of an issue), he then dropped us off at El Nicho and drove off. We said we would be done in two hours and agreed to meet at the car park at 11. However when we got back he was no where to be found, and did not come back till 12. He also had multitude of jobs he had to do on the way up to El Nicho and made various excuses as to why he needs to stop. He also then stopped half way to trinidad and made us get into another taxi to take us the rest of the way. He also happened to be the same driver taking us from Trinidad to Varadero and again turned up late in the morning to pick us up.
Your service has been incredibly reliable, however drivers like these lets you down. Maybe avoid him for your future customers? Unfortunately I he didnt introduce himself so I do no t know his name.
Also the place you booked in Cienfuegos (with the Doctor) was lovely. They were very nice people and helped us speak to and organise diving excursions to Bahia la cochinos as well. A very refreshing change from constant beg for tips and extra hidden costs from other Casas we stayed in before that. Thank you so much for sorting that out for us.

Your services could not have been better. Driver was great gave us his cell phone number in case we wanted to change our pick up time going home, which we did and he was very accomodating. We plan to return in November and will be using your services again.....will let you know once our plans are confirmed.

Boris, who was our guide for most of the time, was very good. He was there with help, explanations and advises all the time. Back in Havanna, we invited him and his wife for dinner at the last evening, what you only do, if you are totally satisfied.
In my surrounding I recommend your service as a real alternative to a rented car.
The rented Chinese car was not very comfortable at the back seat. May be, for a couple or more persons, you can get an alternative.
The days with Boris where the reason, we now booked a car with guide in Sri Lanca. We will go there in OCT for 7 weeks, then to Malaysia, Bali, Australia and New Zealand for all together 6 months.
The two transfers also where well organised.
